Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Braille Sign Supplies or purchasing Braille Sign Supplies products. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with Braille Sign Supplies or to purchase Braille Sign Supplies products. Refund Policy

We accept returns for exchange or store credit up to 30 calendar days after the delivery of the product. All returns are contingent on inspection of item(s) once it has been received.

To qualify for a refund or return:

1. Items must be in new, unaltered/unused condition, and showing no signs of wear or damage.

2. Be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery date.

3. Cannot be a special or custom order. Including Stock signs that needed to be produced to fill the order.

Store Credits need to be used within 12 months of being issued.

20% re-stocking fee will be charged for any stock sign returned.

 Warranty Disclaimer

Braille Sign Supplies will replace any defective sign that has been confirmed as being produced from faulty materials or constructed with poor workmanship for a period of up to 1 year. The decision to replace a sign will be made solely by a Braille Sign Supplies representative, upon having the defective sign returned to Braille Sign Supplies. Braille Sign Supplies will not replace any sign that has been vandalised or neglected. All our signs come fitted with Biolink 4412Ht double sided tape, this is a high quality double sided tape, it is the installers responsibillity to assess compatibility of the double side tape & the substrate the sign is to be mounted on, if it is decided that the Biolink 4412HT double sided tape is not suited to the intended substrate, notify Braille Sign Supplies when the order is placed & the signs can be supplied free of double sided tape. Braille Sign Supplies will not be held liable for any instalation failures.The Biolink Spec sheet can be viewed here

It is Braille Sign Supplies intention to make sure all customers are satisfied with their purchase & get the full life out of their signs.

Limitation of Liability

Braille Sign Supplies shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Braille Sign Supplies has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Braille Sign Supplies product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Braille Sign Supplies reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Braille Sign Supplies reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Braille Sign Supplies shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Braille Sign Supplies without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Braille Sign Supplies may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided.

Use of Site

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden.
