We offer 2 methods of production for our Aluminium Braille Signs, the first being BrailleFace, this is a world first patented production process developed exclusively by us at Braille Sign Supplies. BrailleFace produces an Aluminium Braille Sign from a single piece of Aluminium creating a true continuous faced Aluminium Braille / Tactile Sign with none of the raised parts fixed to the surface of the sign in any way, all raised components are formed from the aluminium substrate. BrailleFace Braille Signs have excellent Hygiene properties due to the continuous faced construction eliminating any surface joins that can harbour germs or bacteria & promote easy hygienic cleaning. The continuous face construction eliminates the possibility of raised parts being forcibly removed & the aluminium Braille signs are also non-combustible due to the full aluminium construction. All our Catalogue Range Braille Signs & some of our Custom signs are produced using the BrailleFace method

Our second production process is the Applique method, this is our original production process that has been tried & tested, unlike the BrailleFace production process we fix the raised components onto the surface of the substrate. We believe the Applique method is now inferior when compared to BrailleFace but still offer this as an alternative to our customers. We utilise this production method for some custom ordered designs.
